In earlier times in wars, some soldiers stood to one side with spears. They were used when defeat in battle seemed certain and they won the losing battle by attacking at the last moment. These were called freelancers. They were given money and they were called from other countries for various jobs and they were all trained warriors. From there comes the word freelancer and freelancing. Freelancing means you are free. You are not working under anyone. You are your own boss. You can do your work whenever you want. You are not under any pressure.

If you know web designing or writing or know how to make an app or if you know video editing or you are a master of Facebook advertising or anything, you can become an online freelancer. Freelancers provide all these services online and make money from there.

One of the most serious issues is that nowadays youth have no idea what they are doing. I mean they don't have a direction. They are running on an endless road. They are struggling hard but can't find success. they could not achieve success until they set a goal. nowadays youth should set their goals first and then work harder. The other issue is that they want everything very quickly. They want money, degrees, success as quickly as possible. Success has no time limitations. It may take a lot of years or may just a few seconds. nowadays our youth should learn how to struggle that's it. They usually don't want to wait. they just want shortcuts to reaching their goals. They just need to try their best and struggle as hard as they can and in reward success will be there for them. Less thinking also the major issue of Youth's failure. They need to think more and big. they should think limitless and then decide what they want to do. 

Our youth don't do much on their own, they usually think that their plans can create problems for them and they depend on what others say. They mostly skip their plans just to avoid people's negativity. Bad influence makes a negative impact on youth. Therefore, good company of friends is necessary that supports you neither misguide you. keeping distance from parents is a big reason for youth's failure. In an era of Social Media, children usually avoid parents and parents also need to give some time to children because they can teach them better than anyone else. And the most dangerous and serious issue of today's youth drugs. Nowadays youth is addicted to Drugs. these kinds of things have led our youth to the wrong path. All our youth needed is to make sure that they will stay positive in every situation and keep on struggling until they succeed. All you need is just to believe in yourself.
